State-of-the-art equipment and modern high tech training kits have been provided for all the laboratories and workshops. GIT has designed all the labs in such a manner that students get individual chance to learn as to how to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application in these laboratories and workshops. They are encouraged to implement their projects through different softwares used in industries which are available in our college. IT and computer department is a partner of Microsoft IT academy education as well as has Edusat link for effective network for satellite communication enabled education.

Theatre shaped, semi-circular, spacious, well-lit, centrally air-cooled and ventilated classrooms have comfortable seating arrangements. To make learning interesting and easier, modern teaching aids like Edusat Link, over-head projectors, LCD projector, magnetic graph boards etc. are available.

The GIT Library is well stacked and furnished with individual computer  stations and study tables with a seating capacity of about 200 students. Besides containing over 27,000 volumes of technical, non-technical, reference and general books, it subscribes to more than 125 periodicals, 101 national & 6 international journals and newspapers of both Hindi and English language. The Library is open on all working days and operates on smart card system through which issue and receipt of books is done. It also maintains a book bank from where text books are issued.
